How to book, accepted cards, and changes & extensions.
How to book
No Korean required. Everything from search to payment is in English; your passport and International Driving Permit (IDP) are submitted after booking by email and verified in person at pickup.
- Search
- Choose pickup & return location (Jeju), dates, times (08:00–20:00), and driver age group (21–25 / 26+).
- Choose a car
- Filter by class, fuel, transmission, and price, then review the daily rate (shown in KRW and your display currency).
- Driver details & terms
- Enter your name, email, phone, and WhatsApp, then accept the required terms. Passport and IDP are not collected at this step.
- Secure payment
- Pay with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or JCB in the KICC EasyPay window, which shows your display currency, the applied exchange rate, and the KRW charged.
- Confirmation
- Your booking number is issued instantly, followed by a multilingual email with terminal & shuttle guidance and a request to submit your documents (passport, IDP, license).
- Pickup on site
- Take the free shuttle from Jeju Airport to the Socar terminal; staff verify your passport, IDP, and license at the counter before you drive off.
Payment methods
All major international cards at the listed price — no foreign-card surcharge.
- Accepted cards
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB — issued anywhere in the world.
- When you're charged
- The full rental is charged at the time of booking (booking = paid in full).
- Currency
- All charges are in Korean won (₩). The payment window shows your display currency and the applied exchange rate; your card issuer handles the final conversion.
- Security
- Payments are processed by KICC EasyPay and card details are never stored on our servers. The server re-validates the amount just before payment to prevent tampering.
- Deposit
- No separate deposit or card hold (pre-authorization). You pay only the rental fee.
Changes & extensions
After booking you can't change the date, car, or pickup location yourself. If you need a change, cancel and rebook, or contact support on WhatsApp/WeChat. Cancellation fees follow the cancellation policy (free until 12 hours before start).
Extensions during your rental are handled only at the on-site desk (no self-extension), are available only when there is no following reservation, and are paid on site.
