Cancellation fees by timing

Fees are based on when you cancel relative to your pickup time.

Within 30 minutes of booking, or up to 12 hours before pickup — full refund.

How to cancel

Three quick steps. Refunds are issued to the original card immediately.

  1. 01Open My Reservation in the top menu and enter your email + reservation number.
  2. 02Review the rental on the detail page and confirm the cancellation.
  3. 03Or email global_cs@socar.kr with your reservation number for assisted cancellation.

Modifications

After booking you can't change the date, car, or pickup location yourself. If you need a change, cancel and rebook, or contact support on WhatsApp/WeChat. Any cancellation fee follows the refund table above.

Refunds appear on international cards within 3-7 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
