How to cancel
Three quick steps. Refunds are issued to the original card immediately.
- 01Open My Reservation in the top menu and enter your email + reservation number.
- 02Review the rental on the detail page and confirm the cancellation.
- 03Or email global_cs@socar.kr with your reservation number for assisted cancellation.
Modifications
After booking you can't change the date, car, or pickup location yourself. If you need a change, cancel and rebook, or contact support on WhatsApp/WeChat. Any cancellation fee follows the refund table above.
Refunds appear on international cards within 3-7 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
