01 — Airport shuttle
Free shuttle from Jeju Airport
Skip the taxi line. On the 1st floor, exit through Gate 5 and cross the crosswalk, then follow the green path toward the rental-car houses to reach the shuttle stop.
02 — Terminal amenities
What's at the terminal
The Socar Jeju Terminal is built for travelers, not transactions — most visitors stay 30 to 60 minutes between the shuttle drop and driving off.

Free airport shuttle
A free shuttle runs between Jeju International Airport and the Socar Terminal every 20 minutes.

Operating hours
The Jeju terminal operates daily. After-hours pickup outside the standard window incurs a small surcharge and requires advance notice.

Pickup flow
From arrival to driving away typically takes 15 to 20 minutes.
- Arrive at Jeju Airport
- Clear customs, exit Gate 5, and cross the crosswalk toward the rental-car houses.
- Free shuttle
- Board at Zone 5, Bay 12. Departs every 20 minutes; about a 5-minute ride to the Socar Terminal.
- Check in
- Multilingual staff verifies your IDP, license, and passport. Sign the contract.
- Documents
- IDP + home-country license + passport + the credit card you used to book.
- Drive away
- Keys in hand — you're on the road.
Return process
Return the car at the same Socar Terminal unless you selected a different return location at booking. A staff member will walk through the inspection with you. Any damage discrepancies are documented with photos before you leave.
Returning after 20:00
Drop the physical key in the key box at the desk. Late returns are charged ₩10,000 per hour of delay, billed together with the rental fee for the actual time used.
Fuel
Refuel to the same level as at pickup before returning. Self-service; any shortfall is charged at fuel cost plus a service fee.
